SPEED & AGILITY

This camp is designed for kids to get active, learn how to exercise with correct form, and HAVE FUN! Camp will include exercises to improve speed, agility, strength, and endurance.

These camps aren’t just designed for athletes! Whether your kids want to burn off some extra energy, improve their overall health, or stay in shape for a sport, we promise we’ll have something for everyone! We will offer two sessions of camps that will meet every Tuesday and Thursday.

3rd – 4th Grade | 10:00-10:45 am

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

This camp will teach kids to combine TALENT & EFFORT. We can’t be our best unless we’re able to combine both of those together. This camp will teach kids to work hard, how to stretch, how to warm up, how to strength train, and how to recover.

This program is the perfect offseason strength program for boys, girls, runners, dancers, baseball players, soccer players, etc…If you’re looking for a program designed to get you healthier and stay motivated throughout the summer, here it is! Let’s make this your best offseason yet! We will offer two sessions of camps that will meet every Tuesday and Thursday.
