The Cedar Valley SportsPlex is excited to offer not one, but FOUR completely different types of indoor “triathlons” for you to TRY this winter. Put this series on your calendar so that you always have something to keep you motivated. You’ll only get cold this winter if you stop moving!
*None of these events are sanctioned by USA Triathlon.

REGISTRATION FORM
DECEMBER TRIATHLON
Date: December 14, 2024
Rates: $30 (Individual) | $50 (Partners)
Participants will receive a long sleeve shirt if they register by noon on Friday, November 29.
Events:
- 300 foot sled push/pull (male=218lbs, female=173lbs, partners=add both gender weights and push one sled together)
- 300 foot farmers carry (male=110lbs, female=80lbs, partners=both partners will carry their own weights)
- 2000 meter Ski Erg
- 2000 meter Ski Rower
- 3 laps on track (partners have to run 3 laps each)
- 5 mile bike (partner have to bike 5 miles each)
There will be a signup sheet the morning of the event for everyone to pick their start order. There will be 2 Sleds so once someone finishes their 300 feet, the next person on the sheet will start.

Individuals 9:00am
Teams 9:45am or immediately after the last individual starts
JANUARY TRIATHLON
Date: January 11, 2025
Rates: $20 (Adult) | FREE (children under 13)
Adults will complete the following events and in this order as quickly as they can: 2000 meter row, 10 mile indoor bike, and a 300 yard swim.
Children will complete the following events as quickly as they can: 500 meter row, 3 laps around the track, and a 100 yard swim.
- A parent/guardian must be present while children participate.
There will be a signup sheet the morning of the event for everyone to pick their start order. There will be 6 Ski Rowers so once someone finishes their 2000 meters, the next person on the sheet will start.

Adult 9:30am
Child 10:15am
- Children will start once all of the adults are done rowing. An adult must be with each child at all times.
FEBRUARY TRIATHLON
Date: February 8, 2025
Rates: $20 (Adult)
Events:
- 2000 meter Ski Erg
- 2000 meter Ski Rower
- 10 mile Bike
There will be a signup sheet the morning of the event for everyone to pick their start order. There will be 2 Ski Ergs so once someone finishes their 2000 meters, the next person on the sheet will start.

MARCH TRIATHLON
Date: March 1, 2025
Rate: $30 (Adults) | $10 (Child 13 and under)
Participants will receive a T-shirt if they register by noon on Friday, February 14.
Adults will complete the following events and in this order as quickly as they can: 300 yard indoor swim, 15 mile indoor bike, 3.1 mile run. There will be a signup sheet the morning of the event for everyone to pick their start order. IF THERE IS ANY ICE/SNOW ON THE GROUND THE RUN WILL BE DONE INSIDE.
Children will complete the following events and in this order as quickly as they can: 100 yard indoor swim, 3.1 mile outdoor bike, .6 mile run. IF THERE IS ANY ICE/SNOW ON THE GROUND THE BIKE AND RUN WILL BE DONE INSIDE.
- A parent/guardian must be present while children participate.
- ALL distances can be decreased if desired.
